Ok now - back for more. More celeb dish, you say? Allrighty then!! Over the last month I've seen Jeffrey Katzenburg (the "K" in Dreamworks SKG), David Proval (the late Richie Aprile on The Sopranos -- I'm a huge fan, but I'd love to have a chat with him about what constitutes a proper gratuity....), Suge Knight (founder of Death Row Records -- I actually waited on him - great dude.... great big huge dude), former Indianapolis Colts coach Jim Mora (very nice guy!), Vincent Young (Noah Hunter on the later years of Beverly Hills, 90210) and Keenen Ivory Wayans (he comes in a lot). David had the extreme pleasure of waiting on Bernie Taupin (Elton John's longtime songwriter), and also Nicole Richie. Ok, that last one was more of an inconvenience than an extreme pleasure... she was nice enough, but causes quite a stir once people figure out she's there. I honestly think folks expect her to act up, but I'm not sure she's capable without Paris egging her on :)
We are addicted to Fox's Arrested Develpment (and if you're not, you should be -- best damn show on television, hands down)... so when Tony Hale (Buster) came in last week, it wound up the staff more than 99% of the other celebrities who come through the doors. Yay!! I normally don't lose my cool when I see celebs, but occasionally there's one who gets me giddy (like the aforementioned Mr. Hale)... I have an insatiable addiction to the sitcom Two Guys A Girl and A Pizza Place (also known as Two Guys and A Girl) - the WE channel shows two episodes every afternoon, and I can't get enough. So when Traylor Howard (the Girl) sat on my table, I had to tell her how much I loved the show. I'm a total geek. Can't help it -- I even love that Ryan Reynolds (one of the guys, also starred in National Lampoon's Van Wilder, and now playing in Blade Trinity) is engaged to Alanis Morrisette. Yay.
I bartended for a private Holiday party recently and had the pleasure of seeing Harold Ramis (Ghostbusters) - that was pretty cool.
Eliza Dushku update -- she's evidently dating someone in my building. He is nice enough, but she seems to be wary of beeing seen. I pulled into the building at 2am right after her (she parks next to me), and she waited until I went into the elevator before she got out of her car. I guess being a celebrity sucks sometimes - you have to wonder who anybody is at all times...
So that's the celeb dish for this year (unless you count Marcus Allen, who was in tonight, but I kept forgetting to go take a peek at)... I hope you've enjoyed, and will continue to enjoy well into 2005!!! I'll keep it coming - keep tuning in!!
:) Ok -- on to the pictures!
Namaste....
