Surreal Hollywood moment -- sitting in my car on Las Palmas (just down from Hollywood & Highland), one Nick Nolte strolled down the street, looked at me through the car window, and kept walking down the street. The area hosts a bunch of AA meetings... draw your own conclusion. ;)

I had my first Arclight experience last night -- if you're not familiar, the Arclight is an amazing movie experience (http://www.arclightcinemas.com) -- featuring a gift shop, bar, restaurant, 21+ movies on the weekends (take your martini or beer in with you!), reserved seating, no late seating... it's a movie-lover's delight. The tickets are a little more expensive, but worth the experience. Plus, the Dome is a sight in and of itself - most recently sporting green ears to promote "Shrek 2," right now there's a huge Spidey crawling across it fighting Doc Ock... I'll figure out how to get pictures on this thing -- I'm not doing it justice.

Anyway, I finally got to see "Spider-Man 2," and thoroughly enjoyed my buddy Scott Spiegel's cameo as the guy on the balcony Peter leaves his pizzas on... tee hee. Supposedly, the doctor Peter discusses his dreams with is a beard-less John Landis -- I'll have to see that one again to believe it.

Eating on the patio at the Arclight restaurant (not bad food if you can actually get someone to serve you) we saw "American Pie" star Sean William Scott. Ok, I know he's been in a bunch of other movies (my fave SWS moment - "Jay & Silent Bob Strike Back") - but you know him best as Stiffler. Admit it. I'm right here.

You know what I love about Hollywood? I can wear stilettos with anything. Any time. Anywhere. I can wear a sweat suit (albeit a cute one) anywhere, or I can take it up a notch. Or, and this is key, I can wear cute sweats WITH stilettos! Ahhhhh... I love Hollywierd.
